Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll promptly evaluate the situation and work to resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
