BEN'SHOME LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

If your BEN'SHOME support fails structurally during normal household use, we stand behind it.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty explains exactly what is covered, how long coverage lasts, and what we will do if something goes wrong.

WHO PROVIDES THIS WARRANTY

WHO IS COVERED

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of an eligible BEN'SHOME product purchased through mybenshome.com or another sales channel expressly covered by this warranty.

The warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser only and is not transferable if the product is sold, given away, or otherwise transferred to another person.

HOW LONG COVERAGE LASTS

This warranty lasts for as long as the original purchaser owns the covered BEN'SHOME product.

For purposes of this warranty, "Lifetime" refers to the period during which the original purchaser continues to own the covered product. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser, the furniture, or any other person or product.

Coverage ends when the original purchaser sells, gives away, disposes of, or otherwise transfers ownership of the product.

WHAT WE COVER

BEN'SHOME warrants that the covered product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and from structural failure during normal household use for the warranty period described above.

Covered failures may include:

• A support panel that cracks, snaps, or permanently deforms during normal household use.

• The fabric cover separating from the support panels as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship.

• Stitching or seams failing as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship.

• A manufacturing defect affecting the structure or normal function of the product.

WHAT "NORMAL HOUSEHOLD USE" MEANS

Normal household use means using the product:

• Inside a residential home.

• Under removable seat cushions.

• With the type of sofa, loveseat, sectional, recliner, or chair for which the particular product was designed.

• In accordance with the sizing, installation, and use instructions supplied by BEN'SHOME.

• For ordinary residential sitting and seating purposes.

The product is not designed for standing, jumping, commercial applications, or uses other than its intended seating-support purpose.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear that does not materially affect the function of the product, including scuffs, cosmetic marks, discoloration, fading, or changes to the fabric surface.

• Damage caused by cutting, trimming, drilling, altering, modifying, repairing, or otherwise changing the product.

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, improper storage, or use contrary to product instructions.

• Damage caused by water, excessive moisture, flooding, fire, pets, insects, pests, chemicals, or other external causes.

• Damage caused by standing, jumping, bouncing, or intentionally applying loads inconsistent with normal household seating.

• Use outdoors or storage in outdoor or unsuitable environmental conditions.

• Commercial, rental, institutional, hospitality, or other non-household use.

• Damage resulting from use with furniture that is structurally unsafe or incompatible with the product.

• Damage to or failure of the customer's sofa, chair, cushions, frame, springs, webbing, upholstery, or other furniture components.

• Products purchased secondhand.

• Products for which the original purchase cannot reasonably be verified.

This warranty covers the BEN'SHOME product itself. It is not a warranty covering your sofa or other furniture.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT PROMISE

This warranty covers defects and structural failure of the BEN'SHOME product.

It does not guarantee that the product will solve every furniture or seating problem.

For example, the product may not correct:

• A broken or cracked furniture frame.

• Severely damaged or broken springs.

• Severely deteriorated webbing.

• Damaged or heavily compressed cushion foam.

• Furniture that is structurally unsafe.

• Furniture that is incompatible with the product.

The product is designed to provide a firmer, more stable foundation beneath compatible removable seat cushions.

Individual comfort preferences vary, and a firmer seating feel after installation is not, by itself, considered a defect.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

To submit a warranty claim, contact:

Please provide:

• Your name.

• Your order number or other reasonable proof of purchase.

• A brief description of the problem.

• Clear photographs showing the claimed failure or defect.

We may request additional photographs or information if reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

We generally review warranty claims within one business day, although more complex claims may require additional time.

Do not dispose of the product until your claim has been reviewed unless we tell you otherwise.

WHAT BEN'SHOME WILL DO

If we determine that your claim is covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty, BEN'SHOME will provide warranty service at no charge to you.

At our option, we will:

• Replace the covered product with the same product; or

• Replace it with a reasonably comparable BEN'SHOME product if the original product or size is no longer available.

If we cannot reasonably provide the same or a comparable replacement product, we may instead refund the original purchase price.

Unless we specifically request return of the defective product, you generally will not be required to send it back.

If we require the covered product to be returned as part of an approved warranty claim, BEN'SHOME will provide reasonable return shipping at no cost to you.

REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS

A replacement provided under this warranty does not create a new or separate lifetime warranty period.

The replacement remains covered for the remainder of the warranty period applicable to the original purchaser under this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

Please retain your order confirmation or other purchase record.

We may require reasonable proof that:

• You are the original purchaser.

• The product is covered by this warranty.

• The purchase was made through an eligible sales channel.

If we can independently verify your purchase through our records, a physical receipt is not required.

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES AND LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the remedies described in this Limited Lifetime Warranty are the remedies provided under this written warranty.

BEN'SHOME will not be liable under this warranty for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from a covered product failure.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not disclaim any implied warranty that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

Your rights regarding implied warranties may vary depending on the state in which you live.

Nothing in this warranty is intended to eliminate or restrict an implied warranty or other consumer right where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

This warranty gives you specific legal rights.

You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Some states do not permit certain limitations or exclusions contained in written warranties. Where applicable law provides greater rights than this warranty, those legal rights will apply.

30-DAY RETURNS ARE SEPARATE

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is separate from our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy.

The 30-day return period is intended for situations such as fit, size, comfort preference, or a customer deciding that the product is not right for them.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to covered defects and structural failures during the warranty period.
