Five stars. This couch cushion support board has made a huge difference for our two couches. With two young kids jumping, climbing, and playing on them constantly, the cushions were starting to sag and feel worn out. After adding these supports, the couches feel much firmer, more comfortable, and almost like new again. Installation was simple, and the boards stay hidden under the cushions, so you do not notice them visually. What you do notice is the improved support right away. This was a much cheaper and easier solution than replacing our couches, and it has helped them hold up better to everyday family use. Very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

As Kids, we laughed as we watched our Uncle & Grandfather cut out a piece of plywood & placed it under the Sofa Cushions. Can't believe I am writing a review for this but dang, they just work! We purchased a sectional sofa from Costco for our downstairs living room. Within the first year the seats were saggy. We aren't cow's and were just like, what the heck? So we just dealt with it and then my wife found this product. I ordered the correct size and installed them. It is like a new sofa. We would avoid sitting in that part of the house as it just wasn't comfortable in the past and you would sink in. Not anymore. I am considering getting them for my other sofa that isn't nearly as bad but I think it would be good as well. Nice product you didn't know you needed.

I saw many brands that sell a product similar to this. But I saw the pictures of the quality and then questioned, Will it really make a difference in such a squishy cusion? My wife and I bought specifically a sink in feel couch because we were newly married, new house on a golf course. Fast forward 5 years and 2 kids later. We had the lower back support of our love seat break off and when you sunk in, you REALLY sunk in. By golly that worked! Our 3 year old couch, thousands of dollars, felt brand new again! And honestly? Firmer than we originally enjoyed but firm enough now that we actually enjoy sitting on it again. I cannot believe this fixed our issue that we lived with for almost 2 years. OMG what a difference. The couch is like new. I usually keep the stretch velvet cover on it. Anyway, the couch was 65x27 but I read that the 68 inch can be adjusted more closely for smaller size. It fit perfectly. It is substantial and the box was heavy. I got 27 inch depth so it fits under the attached back pillows. It is totally secure and could not possibly slip. The cushions are firmer but I'm sure they will soften up and it's better than sinking and having to keep rearranging the cushions. Remember the measurement is the seating area not the whole length of the couch.

Heaviest and highest degree of support. We ordered several support boards from different companies to improve the seating at father-in-law's house. We were not planning on doing a test but was trying to get the measurements accurate for each furniture piece and each company had different available measurements. This company by far had the thickest boards and has provided the most firm support. We are older and have bad backs from car accident and sports involvements. Very happy with this purchase. I have a full size couch with recliner chairs on either side. Instead of buying a couch sized support board, I purchased two chair sized boards. It works perfectly for the recliner chairs and makes them much more supportive. The center of couch doesn't have a support board and that works for me as well don't tend to use the center. The support board is very effective.

I ordered the one that covers a 68" to 81" couch. My couch is 70". I actually had to place the 2 end pieces down along the bed to make this lay flat. This isn't a complaint. Just wanted to make people aware if they have a couch on the shorter side of the length range, they may need to tuck a slat or 2 somewhere. I measured the depth at 25" and in my case, the depth is perfect. My cushions are pretty shot and I have found this hard to get out of because I've been sinking in the couch down to the bed frame. Now it is solid. I now am sitting higher and can get up from the couch without needing to slide forward to the frame. I also liked the lifetime warranty against the others listed.

We have porch furniture that was expensive years ago but the straps that support the frame were stretched. It was a love seat that became very uncomfortable to sit in. So I'm using this cushion support on my sofa. I have one spot that is my favorite spot on a sectional sofa that one side is a Chase lounge. Because I always sit there, it's definitely started to sag. I didn't really know if this would work cuz it's made for chairs, but it's works great. When I sit down I can definitely feel that I'm sitting up higher. This cushion support is very well made. Whatever the material inside the cushion support is I have no idea, but the cover is a heavy canvas and it is very well crafted; all the seams are exactly square, there's no errant threads poking out from anywhere. And another nice thing is that they've included a card that indicates there's a lifetime warranty. This was a wonderful find that is well worth the money.

This little support has saved my sectional! I've been behind my husband to buy some wood or something to help support our sectional but he refused to put wood under the cushions "like some kind of hillbilly". Once we got this he agreed it was very helpful. Our sectional is on a houseboat and it's small. It's a very difficult size to find and while it could be replaced I haven't been able to find one the right size with the chaise on the correct side. The cushions are still in good shape though they are starting to show wear. The problem was under the cushions. The trampoline like support had lost some of its spring. This foldable support is perfect at bringing the comfort back. I just wish it was longer so it would have covered the entire sectional. This cushion support has made a noticeable difference in the comfort and support of my older armchair. I got the chair from my son and daughter-in-law when they replaced some of their living room furniture. Even after surviving three boys playing on it, it was still too comfortable to let them get rid of, but the seat had begun to need a little extra help. After placing this beneath the cushion, the seat feels firmer and more supportive without becoming uncomfortable. I also don't feel like it takes as much effort to get out of the chair. At my age, with knee and hip issues, that makes a world of difference. The support was slightly too wide for my chair, but because the wood is divided into separate sections, I was able to fold one section under at each end. As shown in my photo, it now fits perfectly. That sectional design makes it more adaptable than a single solid board would be. I'm also impressed by the quality of the covering. The material feels thick, sturdy, and easy enough to wipe clean if necessary, and the stitching is very well done. Years ago, I used a bare piece of plywood beneath a couch cushion. By the time we replaced that couch, the plywood had left so many splinters behind that the furniture couldn't be saved. Every section of wood in this support is completely enclosed in heavy material, so exposed edges and splinters should not be an issue. The entire product feels practically indestructible. I suspect we'll replace the chair long before we ever need to replace this cushion support.

So my couch has been uncomfortable for a while now. Between couch cushions slipping out and the stuffing of the actual cushions feeling like totally deflated pancakes that provide no support to sit on I felt doomed to have to buy another couch. But, little did I know this product would save me! These couch cushion support boards make it so my back and coccyx pain from sitting on the couch of nightmares is taken care of! Finally it feels like I have support on the couch and I'm comfortable! The install of these boards could not be easier, it took me maybe 2 minutes max to remove the cushions put on the boards and put the cushions back. I got this support for my love seat. It was sinking in the middle so when you sit, you would lean in and always slide slowly towards the middle If 2 people were sitting on it, we would end up pushing on each other. This support is great. It brought stability back to my love seat. It is easy to use. You just remove the seat cushions and lay the support out evenly under them. This support can fit a range of lengths. My love seat was on the smaller side so on either side the support is folded over. This fold over did not affect how it supports the seat. The part that is folder is under the arms of the love seat. It only takes a minute to install. Now the love seat is much more comfortable to sit on.

This worked exactly as I hoped in a very old very saggy armchair. The chair is on the smaller side and I foolishly didn't measure before I ordered the support but it fits! I had to fold one board under because it was wider than the seat but that aspect at least is adjustable. It for just right for the depth and to not show underneath the cushion. Feels much better and makes me feel like I'm sitting a little higher in the chair which in turn gives me better back support because my back is actually where it should be now and not down low. It seems very sturdy, super easy to use and will last for many years.
