Track your order

Look up where your order is, and see what each stage actually means.

Check your email first. Tracking is sent automatically the moment your order ships, from support@mybenshome.com. If it is not in your inbox, look in spam or promotions before doing anything else — it is there more often than not.

If something looks wrong

Tracking has not moved in a few days

Carrier scans go quiet in transit more often than you would think, especially over a weekend. If there has been no movement for four business days, tell us and we will chase it.

It says delivered but nothing arrived

Check with neighbours and around the property first — parcels get left out of sight. If it has not turned up within 48 hours of the delivery scan, let us know. We will open a claim and send a replacement.

It arrived damaged

Photograph the damage and the outer packaging, and send it to us within 7 days. We replace it and you do not need to send the damaged one back unless we ask.

You need to change the address

If it has not shipped we can usually fix it. Once it is with the carrier we cannot redirect it. Message us straight away either way.
