No. It is sized to sit inside the seat area and disappear under the cushions, and it does not raise the seat height noticeably. Confirming your measurement before you order is what keeps it that way.

Half-inch solid wood support panels wrapped in a protective fabric cover. All the support comes from the wood inside. The fabric cover keeps bare wood off your upholstery.

Yes. Our sectional sets come as 2 pieces: a board for the main run plus a chaise board for a chaise section 38″ to 45″ wide, at the same seat depth as the main run. Pick Sectional in the size finder and it matches you. If your chaise is a different size, send us your numbers first.

Yes, as long as you pick the matching depth. Every size shows the range of seat depths it is made for, and the deepest ones, for long sofas, are made for seats 30″ to 32″ deep. The size finder matches your number for you.

It helps when the problem is soft support underneath the cushions, which is the usual cause. It will not rescue a cracked frame or snapped springs. If you are not sure which one you have, send us a photo of the bare seat base and we will tell you straight.

It helps with the sag, but it will not fully cancel out the folding mechanism underneath. Go in expecting an improvement rather than a fix.

It rests flat on the seat base under the cushions, and the cushions and your weight hold it in place. It is not an anti-slip product. If your cushions already slide forward, tell us before you order.

Not if the foam still has its shape. The board gives the cushions a firm base, but it will not make thin, worn-out foam thick again.

No. The cover is bound with finished edges so bare wood never touches fabric or leather, and the corners are rounded. This is the thing customers who tried bare plywood first mention most.

Free shipping across the 48 contiguous states, usually about five business days. Tracking is emailed when it ships. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or military addresses.

You have thirty days. Return shipping is at your cost, and the refund goes out as soon as it arrives back in good condition. Easier still: send us your measurements first and we will confirm the size before you buy.
