Underneath. Take the cushions off and measure the bare seat base they were resting on. Cushions overhang the frame by an inch or two on every side, so the seat base is the measurement that matches you to the right board. Width is the inside of one arm straight across to the inside of the other. Depth is the front edge of the seat base straight back to the backrest.

No. One board covers the whole seat. The width you are looking for is arm to arm across the entire seat base, not the width of a single cushion. The board is hinged so it folds flat to ship and opens out across the full width.

Each size is made for a range of seat depths, and every size button shows that range. Measure the bare seat base from the front edge to the backrest with the cushions off, then pick the range your number falls in. The size finder does this for you.

Yes. Our sectional sets include a board for the main run and a chaise board for a chaise section 38″ to 45″ wide, at the same seat depth. If your chaise is a different size, type your numbers into the size finder and it will suggest a board for each section.

Yes, if you pick the size for your seat depth. The size finder shows the deepest size we make for your width. If your seat is deeper than every range it shows, send us your numbers before you order.

Send us the numbers before you order. Give us the inner width, the seat depth and what the piece is, and we will tell you which board suits your seat, or tell you plainly if none of them do. We would rather answer that now than have you guess.

No. It is sized to sit inside the seat area and disappear under the cushions, and it does not raise the seat height noticeably. Confirming your measurement before you order is what keeps it that way.

It matters. The board works best when it sits flat on the bare seat base, inside the arms. Measure the seat base with the cushions off, round down to the nearest half inch, and let the size finder do the matching. If you want a person to check it, send us the numbers and we'll confirm before you order.

Yes. No tools. Lift the cushions off, lay the board flat on the seat base, put the cushions back. It takes a couple of minutes.

Free shipping across the 48 contiguous states, usually about five business days. Tracking is emailed when it ships. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or military addresses.

You have thirty days. Return shipping is at your cost, and the refund goes out as soon as it arrives back in good condition. Easier still: send us your measurements first and we will confirm the size before you buy.

The board itself, for as long as you own it. If it cracks, splits, or the panels come apart, we replace it free. Send us a photo and we will send a new one. You keep the old one, there is nothing to ship back. A warranty card comes in the box. This covers faults in the product, not damage from something else happening to it.
